As a developer, I want to automatically crawl the site periodically so that I can prevent users from seeing any errors. #315

dev notes

we want to create a new github actions workflow that runs on a cron (how often?) and executes a crawler script, reporting any URLs that generate error codes or other problems so that we can figure out what's going wrong.

@rlskoeser also mentioned keeping all crawl data so that we can use it for analytics: e.g. how "big" is PPA compared to S&Co?
