As a content editor, I would like it if the quotation marks on the blog defaulted to smart quotes.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm frustrated when I post a blog post and none of the quotations are smart quotes. The apostrophes are also not curved.

I would like the quotation marks and apostrophes to be curved by default

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now I paste in the blog posts from a Word Doc so that the quotation marks look normal.
