Applying manual translation of tiles to all time-points #106

Hello,

I've encountered a problem when stitching tiles from a time-series, when the tiles are not neatly arranged.
Normally, I arrange the tiles by moving them to a regular grid, but the tiles of this dataset are not arranged in a standard way.

The dataset I’m working on is a time-lapse confocal series of a growing Arabidopsis root, where the root moves into new tiles as it is growing along.

The top two tiles (5&6) are a bit awkward, and don't follow a regular grid pattern, so I have to adjust them manually.

When I apply this manual transformation, only the current timepoint is adjusted, not all the other points.

This is in contrast to when you use the ‘arrange to grid’ function. There, after you hit apply, you get a dialog asking whether to apply to all timepoints:

This dialog doesn’t appear for manual translations, but would be very useful for my data. Would it be possible to implement this?
