It would be great to reference to at least a basic documentation in readme.md

Heya Emre,
always happy to improve the documentation and yeah, the GIthub readme for PSModuleDevelopment could do with an upgrade (I am assuming you meant for PSModuleDevelopment itself).
You can find what documentation I have on psframework.org, I'll flag this for the rework I'm currently working on to ensure I don't forget about it.

Yeah, that was in desperate need for an overhaul.
Not so great delivery time, but it's finally there :)
