profile background is too bright

Describe the bug
not necessarily a bug, but the background for a user's profile (which is behind their profile picture) is far too bright and takes attention away from their profile picture

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to profile
2. See error

Expected behavior
Background picture should be blurred a little or dimmed so the profile picture pops out more / is more captivating
