can't exit out of keyboard while reporting

Describe the bug
while trying to submit a report and describing what happened I cannot exit out of the keyboard

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to party page
2. Click on report to host
3. Scroll down to description
4. See error

Expected behavior
you should be able to hide keyboard so you can submit a report
