Ability to position label to right

It'll be nice to have ability to set label on right or left side of paper-toggle-button

You can use my patch if you wish https://github.com/viftodi/paper-toggle-button/tree/left_side_label

Another alternative is to use iron-label, unfortunately it is bugged, when you click it the animation effect is stuck (until another click/event) on a paper-toggle-button/checkbox.
