Non-mandatory questions

Hello!

At the moment, all questions are mandatory. However, enabling optional questions would provide participants with the flexibility to skip individual items if necessary. Therefore, we would appreciate it if questions could be made non-mandatory. Would it be possible to implement these changes in the functionality?

@jgoetzfried22 You write "all questions are mandatory" This is not true. When created, questions follow the required/not required setting of the previous question created.
