Feature request: option to auto-delete responses after X time

Hi @mchurchward ,
I'm a developer from Open University and would like to do add this feature to the questionnaire module:
Have an option (default to "Never remove") to automatically delete student responses after X time has passed.

Could you please take a look if those changes is appropriate?
