Dans le dockerfile pour les extra, l'image python est 3.11-bookworm

GeoNature-Docker-services/build/Dockerfile-geonature-backend

Line 3 in 0b6e40d

FROM python:3.11-bookworm AS build

et dans le dockerfile de GN l'image python est python:3.9-bullseye
