L'application frontend utilise id_app pour gérer les droits or maintenant id_module n'a plus de relation 1-1 avec id_app

Oui du coup, il faut ajouter un id_application dans la conf du module comme on a sur d'autres modules (ex : https://github.com/PnX-SI/gn_module_suivi_flore_territoire/blob/master/config/conf_gn_module.toml.example#L6) et utiliser celui-ci dans l'application.
