Ordered and unordered lists

I'm using EditPlus to make photos descriptions easy to make and clear to read. Unfortunately there is an issue with <ul> and <ol> tags. i've found out where is the problem, but i don have anouth skils to fix it.
on Quill github page I fond explanaton that quill.getSemanticHTML() finction should be used insted innerHTML.
