Feature request: Gzip pre-compressed

Would be great, if there exists a gzip option.
If a file requestes with the extension .gz exists, deliver that file, otherwise the one requested.
For example /index.html.gz instead of index.html

Hi, sorry I missed your feature request.

I think we could detect the Accept-Encoding header and compress on the fly if presents.
