Quantum transduction

This repo is meant for the development of combining Kwant, an electron transport code, with genetic algorithms / machine learning techniques.

Top level directory

• runner.py -> The main executable, takes in libraries from the src directory.
• kwantTutorial -> A bunch of tutorials taken from the kwant website.
• src -> The libraries and classes needed to make everything simple and easy to run in the main executable.
