Downloading and installing the libraries on my pi

I am probably the only one with this issue but I cannot get the libraries to work or something

I have downloaded the zip file and unziped it.
When I went to run the mvn clean install it gave me an error sating it couldn't find the project. I am in the correct directory but I don't know what's wrong. The instructions confuse me

If anyone can help me understand this better please message me back. Thank you in advance
