Since there is no Footer that is differ to one another, let's make Footer universal so the app no longer require input the Footer for every single tag.

  • Refactor Footer
  • Remove the texts in pages / components that uses the old method to show the Footer notice.
  • Footer should be in the middle of the screen for a better look
