D3JS improvements

1. Add a search for individual nodes on the map.

You should be able to enter a query in an ngb-typeahead, select a string and when confirming I select you the node and move the the graph to center that node/zoom to it.

2. Allow parent organizations and add the org-org link to the list of default-created connections
