Description

Field Book is unable to load multiple datasets per environment (study) name.
Add ability to load studies that share the same environment (study) name, but can be differentiated by other details (different experiments (studies) or different entities (obs levels) within experiments.

DeltaBreed experiments (trials) ready for data collection, contain at least one environment (study), and one entity (observation level) dataset (obs units + obs vars). Environment (study) is only required to be unique within a DeltaBreed experiment (trials). A single environment (study) name can be duplicated between experiments sharing the same environment and within the same experiment at different obs levels, such as with plots and plants within plots datasets.
