As a user I want to uniquely identify DeltaBreed datasets BETWEEN experiments (trials) in FieldBook.

Append trial and observation level to study, to permit differentiation in field selection menu.

Additional Context

DeltaBreed experiments (trials) ready for data collection, contain at least one environment (study), and one entity (observation level) dataset (obs units + obs vars). Environment (study) is only required to be unique within a DeltaBreed experiment (trials). A single environment (study) name can be duplicated between experiments sharing the same environment and within the same experiment at different obs levels, such as with plots and plants within plots datasets.
