Windows needs jupyterlab to be installed and have a shortcut installed in the start menu. ipython as well.

If possible, an anaconda prompt could be installed - I am seeing some path issues (not picking up some executables like espei or jupyter, even though they are installed and can be activated via the Python console, which is on the path)
