Malformed trees

[smacvicar]

While constructing trees out of the Greek data, I've encountered relations which prevent some sentences from being successfully turned into trees:

• Words which are their own head
• Words with no head (head="" in the xml)
• Words which aren't attached to the root of their sentence, either because they depend on one of the words above or because of cyclical references
