It throws an error message. Did the format of this Openlibrary URL change?

As I pore through the Open Library links I think they may have changed their format some time ago when they started trying to create Work records for top level works with records of editions underneath them. I was unable to find the record in the Open Library by using the old ID and I also didn't find it until I figured out that I had to do a second search for this individual edition under a top level work record here:

The current open library page for this edition is here: https://openlibrary.org/books/OL13518115M/De_bello_peloponnesiaco_libri_octo but it also doesn't indicate that there are six volumes in this edition .
