(tlg0007.tlg127.perseus-grc2)(tlg0007.tlg127.perseus-grc4) incorrect

So this file was misnamed as grc2 when it should have been an English translation (so eng1 or eng2).

I have created an eng2 file for the Cherniss/Helmbold translation and this has been bumped to eng3.

There is one dummy file left for the previously bumped (bad) Greek file:

urn:cts:greekLit:tlg0007.tlg127.perseus-grc4 needs to be deleted.

I think then we are ok. (and this will fix #90 presumably.
