It looks like some earlier versions of these files had more entities (such as personal names and places) that were intentionally removed when the files were migrated from one directory to another.
Might be worth revisiting?

@gregorycrane I see notes in these files that the places and names were removed around 2011. There is a version with these entities but it predates the work done to prepare for sdl.
I am looking at some early Perseus conversion work to see if any data has been lost.
