On 1.19.4 overlay textures intersect with regular ones

Hello. I am currently testing the 1.19.4 client with the continuity 3.0.0 mod, the latest one on modrinth. I am testing it with the conquest resource pack.

The overlay grass textures overlap the regular ones and cause flickering, they constantly overlap each other when the player's camera moves. And so on all the grass blocks on the sides.
