  • Remove "I'm feeling lucky" from input as it doesn't do anything
  • Clicking on Evidence column items (e.g. "2 experiments") should display more than just the experiment short name. See also Provide a better means for drilling into underlying data #20
  • Gene Contributions tab should honor the Search shown on the conditions tab - it is not possible to filter the gene contributions

Gene Contributions tab updated to honour filter (PR #25)

  • add "top 20 /n condition comparisons" to gene contribution tab
  • add label to bar graph

  • test with large gene lists
  • maybe x-axis at the top
  • limit # of gene inputs
  • limit condition comparisons to 5 for graphic view
