Add option to not pause playback on audio focus change

I would like to be able to play instrumental music on Spotify simultaneously while listening to an Audio Book via the Voice Audiobook Player.

Unfortunately that is not currently possible. I found a different app called Poweramp that has a setting that allows it to ignore audio focus change and continue playback even if other apps start playing sound. This allows me to listen to Poweramp and Spotify at the same time.

However, I would much rather be able to use Voice and Spotify at the same time.
