Need physical reconnect when running builds #33

Describe the bug
No input in builds without physically reconnecting while build app is focused.

To Reproduce
Build from Unity and run the app. Also make sure the app window is selected/focused when testing.

Expected behavior
No input from the SpaceNavigator is coming through. BUT when you physically reconnect it while the app is in focus, it immediately works.

And it gets stranger . After quiting the app and switching to the UnityEditor, sometimes the UnityEditor does not receive input. In that case, physically reconnecting the device does not help. You then have to restart the UnityEditor.

SpaceNavigatorDriver 2.0.0-beta.7
Windows
