When changing to a new model, using the webui restart program button is insufficient. The program does not accept the new model, and needs to be closed and run again using the batch file.

Running on Windows 10, NVIDIA 3080, AMD 5800. Able to reproduce issue on multiple machines by accessing webui through local and remote browsers
