这两步可以解决我的问题，但是为什么要这么做？

就是一些版本之间得冲突导致的， 我猜测， 他当年写的时候所有版本肯定没有问题，但是随着各种组件的发展， 有些默认版本。会导致原来一些组件的代码有问题。太具体的我也不是那么明白， 我只是使用者， 能用为王。

楼主把"babel-core": "^6.26.3"删了，然后增加了"regenerator-runtime": "^0.14.1"和"svg-baker-runtime": "^1.4.7"和"vue-style-loader": "^4.1.3"
