Feature Request: Pin Post Option in Edit Post menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If admin has a post without a title and now he want to pin the post, pin post option will not work. If we add a pin post option in edit post menu like it is while creating post, it will be more efficient and will work.

Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce the option to pin a post in the post edit menu. This change would allow users to pin a post without title , by editing the post.

Describe alternatives you've considered
One alternative could be letting titles created for non pinned posts too but it will disturbe the idea of palisadoes behind this pinning and title thing.

Approach to be followed (optional)

1. Implement a "Pin Post" option within the post edit menu.
2. Enable users to add or edit the title in the edit menu, and edit pinned status.

Additional context
This change aims to enhance the user experience by providing more flexibility in managing post titles and pinning posts. Admin can edit the post whenever they want and pin them.

@pateldivyesh1323 @Cioppolo14 is it possible if I can help in operations related to Pin Post because I have gone through all the code related to Pin Post while solving this bug. I can work on it efficiently.
