Describe the bug

  1. Whenever the Superadmin clicks on 'Add Admin' button in the organization, it displays 'organization not found'.
  2. Also, same behavior is observed even if the role of the member is Admin or Superadmin. In this case, the button should be disabled as the member is already an Admin or a Superadmin.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to 'People' section of an organization where list of members is displayed.
  2. Go to the profile of a member.
  3. Click on Add Admin button

Expected behavior

  1. Add admin should change the role of member to Admin if the role is User.
  2. If the current role is Admin/ Superadmin, this button must be disabled.

Actual behavior
For every role after clicking on 'Add Admin' button 'Organization not found' is shown.
