Remove organizationUserBelongsTo field from Schema and MemberDetail.tsx screen

Due to recent changes in the schema of the User Collection in the talawa-api, there is a need to remove the organizationUserBelongsTo field from the talawa-admin schema. Additionally, the same field should be removed from the memberDetail.tsx screen, as it is not being modified.

A clear and concise description of the desired solution is to remove the organizationUserBelongsTo field from both the schema and the memberDetail.tsx screen.

This issue needs to be addressed as it related to PR from talawa-api.
