Post search only works once

Describe the bug

• Searching posts only works once after creating posts

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new database
2. Login as superadmin
3. Select the Angel Foundation organization
4. Add posts. Try uploading invalid image types.
5. Searching doesn't work consistently

Expected behavior

• Searching posts must work all the time

Actual behavior

• See above

@palisadoes, I'm unable to reproduce the issue as searching posts appears to be functioning correctly. Please review the following videos:

• Demonstrates the expected error message when attempting to upload an invalid image type.
