https://api.pagerduty.com/oncalls call defaults limit to 25

Hi,

Please put a note in the API reference documentation where the limit property is described indicating that it defaults to 25 and the max value is 100.

We just spent 45 minutes investigating why some details are not returned in the API response until this has been found out.
