Upgrade altair dependency version to at least 5.0.1, for streamlit-aggrid

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Timeseries python library depends on altair version >=5.0.1. There are other visualization libraries that require altair version to be >5. But streamlit-aggrid is still dependent on altair version 4.2.2

Please upgrade the altair version dependency to at least 5.0.1

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is currently no alternative to this. We cannot downgrade other visualization libraries and we cannot use the standard streamlit dataframe as it is not interactive
