"catkin_make install" fails #37

Building with catkin_make succeeds on the "dynamic-reconfigure" branch (fac7009), but catkin_make install fails with an error:

CMake Error at uvc_ros_driver/cmake_install.cmake:36 (file):
  file INSTALL cannot find
  "/home/nikolausmayer/catkin_ws/devel/include/uvc_ros_driver/uvc_ros_driver_nodeConfig.h".
