PS1 Loader

- Works on Firmware 3.60 up to 3.74, requires Henkaku/h-encore or any native hack.
- Requires <a href="https://github.com/LiEnby/NoPspEmuDrm/releases">NoPspEmuDrm</a> (you can use `AutoPlugin`).
- Requires latest `ARK-4` installed (`ARK_01234` savedata).
- Copy `ps1cfw_enabler.suprx` from `PSVita/PS1CFW/` to `ur0:tai/`.
- Open `ur0:tai/config.txt`, add the following line; `*SCPS10084 ur0:tai/ps1cfw_enabler.suprx` and save.
- Copy `SCPS10084` from `PSVita/PS1CFW/` to `ux0:pspemu/PSP/GAME/`.
- Download and install the latest `VitaShell` with support for refreshing `PSP/PSX` games from here: https://github.com/LiEnby/VitaShell/releases
- Use `VitaShell` to `Refresh Live Area`. A new `ARK-X` bubble should appear.
- NOTE: plugin support is limited.
- NOTE: use the key combo `L2+R2+Start+Down` to exit at any time.
