Use rich library for logging/printing-to-console, etc.

I've played around with it and I found it to be quite powerful. Here's what needs to be done to make it work in openpnm for logging.

    import logging
    from rich.logging import RichHandler

    logging.basicConfig(
        level=logging.WARNING,
        format="%(message)s",
        datefmt="[%X]",
        handlers=[RichHandler(rich_tracebacks=True)]
