Right now, it just searches for a directory with 'tests' in the name - to make this slightly more useful/ telling:

ensure test folders and non-empty and/or
ensure testing language dependent testing libraries are installed
determine how to get test coverage (this would be the gold standard)
Ensure each module has tests/coverage
