PCEM aborts with "mprotect: Cannot allocate memory" #6

When starting pcem from the command line, I immediately get the error "mprotect: Cannot allocate memory". This is with MacOS 10.15.2.

FYI -- 10.15.4 has same issue. I created the ~/Library/Application Support/PCem/roms folder (it didn't exist) and copied some ROMs there. That part of the install wasn't clear, but puzzled it out..

FYI -- I tried reducing the # of roms in the folder to just the ibmpc and ibmpcjr folders that I have. Same result.
