Perhaps there should be a modal subscription prompt

Modal popups aren't good for SEO, especially for Mobile - https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2016/08/helping-users-easily-access-content-on.html

On the homepage a third link can be added to "Like what PARI is doing?" block for newsletter subscription.
