UI for Combat Orders, Route orders, etc. are completely blank when opening :/ #1409

After trying to figure out how to use the courier, the UI for all of the orders became completely blank

How do you expect anybody to help with that if you cant even be bothered to post versions and mod set up etc?

Its like walking into a doctors and say "I have a problem with my body" and expecting a cure.
