Attempt to port the original twitter bot from @nazywam to discord
I am a bot that reminds you about upcoming ctfs
- Write requirements.txt
- Finish the port properly
- Add reminding interval configuration
- Add CTF location choice (authorize onsite, preferred region...)
- Add possibility to disable reminders or appearing messages
