List of tasks for the wiki update should bee added here:

Explain how to use GuaranteedEffectCount for named legendary and mythic items. If the field is populated it will roll exactly those effects, if it is absent then the naturally rolled number of effects is populated after awarding the GuaranteedMagicEffects list.
