Document JAR-based installation

In OOTBee Support Tools version 1.1.0.0 we are now producing Alfresco Simple Module JAR variants of the Repository and Share addons. Since we do depend on third-party projects for some of our features, e.g. producing human readable representations of CRON expressions, users must take care to install them as well. We should improve our documentation in this regard and provide a section in the README that lists all the required information, specifically which additional JARs (in which version) need to be installed.
