Wrong scrolling of list in react input using keyboard

1. Open page with react input (e.g. ../test/organizationReactInputs);
2. set cursor in react input and make scrolling down using keyboard.
   Result: when scroll reaches end of list, scroll move in start of list.
   Expected result: when scroll reaches end of list, scrolling stops or new search results are uploaded in list.
