User Profiles are required to provide targeted, useful information to our users while enabling our staff to glean anonymous statistics about our user base for grants, partnerships, and political requests.

We should be able to answer questions like 'How many people are looking for work in the NYC area', 'How many people are open to internships', 'How many people are interested in iOS development' with ease.
