I don't know what the specific problem is, I've tried to re-install, download the new version, but nothing seems to work, I can't access the folders, but they exist and I can put new characters inside them

Fresh build's working , socketed Glorious Vanity, Timeless Jewel, crashes with same kind of error messages, can't import most of my builds. Uninstalled -> re-installed 2.16.0 -> auto-upgrade to 2.19.0 errors stays.
