ERP windows system with Flutter

Hi guys,
My company wants to create a new ERP system.
It will contain many parts, such as stocks, manufacturing, products, financial parts, print bills, print orders, and more.
Can I develop this system as a desktop and mobile app with Flutter as a front end?
If I can do it with Flutter, please suggest a back-end framework that would be more efficient.
